Russian Export Center has announced the launch of "Exporter of the Year 2020" All-Russian Award and begins to submit applications. The prizewinners will get a lot of bonuses from REC and its partners. Besides, they will be able to tell about their products and foreign experience to the broad audience across the country.
"Exporter of the Year" award has been established by the Russian Government and is among the measures taken under "International Cooperation and Export" national project, which has been developed to implement the Presidential Decree "On National Goals and Strategic Objectives of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024". The prize is awarded to the most successful companies and individual entrepreneurs exporting non-resource goods and services abroad.
The award will be held in two stages. The winners of the first stage will be chosen in all federal districts and will be announced between April and September. Then, the regional prizewinners will participate in the All-Russian award stage. The final awarding ceremony will be held at "Made in Russia" International Export Forum in November.

The prizewinners will be awarded many bonuses from REC and partners. In particular, they will be assisted in negotiations with foreign partners abroad, enjoy the discounted rates for export contracts servicing, can register with a foreign marketplace, study under the acceleration program powered by Moscow Export School, and enjoy a wide range of informational support measures.
According to the Russian Government Decree, the prize is awarded in 11 nominations (both to large businesses and SMEs), including "Exporter of the Year in Production", "Exporter of the Year in Agriculture", "Exporter of the Year in Service Industry", "Exporter of the Year in Hi-Tech", "Trader of the Year". Besides, special nominations, such as "Breakthrough of the Year" and "New Geography" were established to assess the dynamics of exports.
Companies, which has no tax, fee, insurance premium, interest and penalties liabilities and overdue debts to the Russian budget, are welcome to take part in the contest. Foreign legal entities and companies established by legal entities with foreign participation of more than 50% cannot apply for the contest.
